The company operates in two segments: funeral services and cemetery operations .
Kentaurus Holding AG holds 100% of the shares in CJS — 98% directly and 2% via a Kentaurus shareholder.

The cemetery operations segment covers the sale of burial rights — including grave plots, lawn graves, mausoleum spaces and niches — related cemetery items such as memorial stones, outer burial containers and monuments, and services such as burials, interments and the installation of cemetery items. These products and services are offered both on an as-needed and pre-need basis.
